Overview
For this class project, I explored peripheral programming in Unity with the Xbox Kinect. The end goal of this project was to create an app that would check the accuracy of exercise movements that the user performed during a workout. It uses the body position read in by the Kinect and checks each body part against the "ideal mesh" of where the user's body parts should be. I admit that it does have a few bugs but I am glad that I experimented with this technology and am pleased with a lot of the functionality I was able to achieve. As a result of doing this project, I learned a lot about UI/UX design as well as peripheral programming in Unity.
